Timeline of calls for WCEU 2019
There are lots of ways to get involved with WCEU 2019, and whether you plan to join us as an attendee, or plan to apply as a Volunteer, Speaker, Sponsor or Media Partner, we wanted to highlight some key dates so that you know what to expect (and when to prepare your application).
Each year, we open a selection of calls and invite our community to help shape WCEU. For example, the Call for Speakers opens up the floor for anyone who wants to share their story and insights on stage to put themselves forward.
We also have some important dates and deadlines to share, including the deadline for requesting visa invitation letters and the final chance to register for Contributor Day.
So if you’ve found yourself wondering when we’ll open the Call for Sponsors, the last date you can get a ticket and everything in between, you’re in luck. Here is the timeline of calls and key information for WCEU 2019:

It’s possible that some dates in this timeline could change, but no change will be drastically different from what was posted originally. We’ll update this timeline if there are any alterations.

Hi Francesca, thanks for getting in touch – that’s a great question.
We will be adding the Call for Host City (2020) and deadline in this Roadmap within the next few weeks. We’ll also publish a post when we open the call.
There may be some other dates we add to this timeline too, that have not yet been decided (but we’re working on it) and we thank you for your patience.
