Community Help Desk manager

As Community Help Desk manager you coordinate and manage the Help Desk activities. You make sure that visitors feel welcome to ask questions and that the volunteers are ready to answer as many questions as they can. Helping out the Community Help Desk volunteers by answering questions is also part of the job.
