You will be attending and providing live coverage on talks and workshops for our social media channels. Get familiar with the speaker and topic of the Track/room assigned to you by checking descriptions on the WCEU site and reading slides, which will be provided. A document with example tweets and speaker/company Twitter handles have been prepared as guidance that you can revise and/or use to inform your own material and ideas.

Before the event:
- Read the Code of Conduct
- Familiarise yourself with the WCEU tone of voice by reviewing past tweets and social media posts – we also use UK English, celsius, metric and the European way of writing dates
- the accompanying documents explaining everything in details
- Charge your device(s)
- Bring a charger and a jackery, if you have one
Before your shift:
- Ensure you have login credentials and test that they work
