The WP Cafe wrangler ensures the discussions will start and end on time. You’re responsible for the next Topic Starter to be there on time. You will assist the Topic Starter when needed.

- get to know the schedule and the start and end times
- prepare a list of the names of Topic Starters, so you can find them or ping them on Slack if they don’t show up on time
- have something nearby to keep track of time (smartphone, watch)
- verify if the Topic Starters need extra materials, stationery, etc.
